This privacy policy sets out how Krulis Commercial as managing agent of Peninsula Plaza collects, uses, stores, discloses and manages your personal information on behalf of Peninsula Plaza c/o Krulis Commercial and how Krulis Commercial complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”).

  • Through your enrolment and participation in surveys, questionnaires, customer loyalty programs, competitions and promotions run by Krulis Commercial;

Collection of other information

    Krulis Commercial may also collect the following information from you on behalf of Peninsula Plaza c/o Krulis Commercial:
  • Website cookies as a user of the www.peninsulaplaza.com.au website. A cookie is a small data file that may be placed on the computer of a web user (usually in the browser software folder) during a visit to our Website www.peninsulaplaza.com.au. Google Analytics will also temporarily join these identifiers to Peninsula Plaza Google Analytics data. If a customer does not wish to have their Google-authenticated identifiers joined with Peninsula Plaza Google Analytics data, they should opt out of the ‘personalised ads’ option via their Google Account.

What happens if Krulis Commercial cannot collect personal information?

If you decide not to provide Krulis Commercial with the personal information described above, some or all of the following may happen:

If you no longer wish to receive certain or any direct marketing communications from us, you may opt-out any time by using the contact details below. If we are currently providing, and will continue to provide, you with services or products, we may still be required to make certain communications to you as required by law.

To whom does Krulis Commercial disclose personal information?

We may disclose personal information for the purposes described in this privacy policy to:

  • Affiliate retailers in Shopping Centres where you are a member of a Krulis Commercial club (for the purposes of marketing campaigns)
  • Consultants, agents or contractors acting on our behalf, including real estate and travel agents, marketing agencies, surveyors, conveyancers, builders and property developers;
  • Valuers where we are seeking to value a property or lease;
  • Credit reporting agencies or guarantors;
  • Regulatory authorities or government agencies or bodies where required by law; and
  • Related parties, entities and trusts of Krulis Commercial;

If any business managed by Krulis Commercial, company or trust is sold to a third party, we may transfer any personal information we hold about you to that third party. We may also disclose personal information to prospective purchasers of such a business, company or trust on a confidential basis as part of their due diligence investigation of the business, company or trust.
